There are two reasons I would stay away from margarine even if I were obese. One is that it is made with hydrogenated oils and the other is the butter flavoring possibly in it. The reason most people buy margarine is they think it is safe and will not make them fat. The second reason is that it is cheap.

If one exercises properly I believe real butter which is bad enough already laced with the hormones they give animals to grow fast and give more milk but not in my opinion as dangerous as margarine. People believe advertisements and it becomes the doctrine of the day. Be aware of all commercial products as they care not for your health. Remember that the undertaker is most likely hooked in to the same chain of favoritism as the courts. My advice is to eat nothing that dies or is dead. Junk food is most likely all against health. Grow your own garden and eat healthy. Let the animals live and graze in God's garden. The Air Force is having their own problems with sexual molestation of their females. We are in a world that is out of control and given over to lasciviousness and lust of the flesh. Many more have died in Iraq today described as the American citizens working there. Do you ever wonder why some relatively standard jobs in the government are filled with weird people with foreign names? We are a nation hopelessly confused and for profit. When money is our motivation then we are in serious trouble and we are facing disaster. Individually we are a corporate number of the day we are born pledged-to the economic system. We are pond or mortgaged to the International Monetary Fund through the government via the Federal Reserve Illuminati International conspiracy to enslave us. Look around and see the manifestation of Satan the Devil that has us in his evil grip. Politics is a diversion from truth and we have no vote. The two leading candidates are both Baal worshipper’s front and center; they are both committed to works of the devil. Other cases are pending for the same purpose and I wish them well to win. I assume that margarine also contains butter flavoring and could cause the same effect. The whole nation is deceived by the Food Industry while the medical profession knows better but will not tell because there is a secret alliance to support the flow of money into the pockets of the Brotherhood no matter who it kills. Let us not be deceived when it comes to our health, neither let us be deceived when it comes to religious matters that effect our spiritual relationship with God. We do not need a priest to pray our sins away. Christ paid the price on the cross being divine and substituting himself for sacrifice once and forever. There is no need for mass to re-crucify Christ. If you tolerate idolatry in your Christian life then you are compromised either to tradition or to modern society. First repent to God through Christ and the windows of heaven will open to you with glory you have never dreamed would be so wonderful. There is a higher life where we are insulated from pain and suffering. We must first give up all desire for material things. Once we have reached that place of sacrifice our soul is then lifted up to total rejoicing. Once we met the condition in seeking God and shedding away the life of misery of this world, there is no more confusion or need for material things. It's like trading the bricks of Egypt for the Promised Land with the jumbo grapes and luscious greens to be enjoyed. Once you have taste what God intends for us to have you will never seek the old way again. Rejoice in the Lord because your redemption draws nigh and you will be delivered.
